Every week 20 ballplayers are randomly divided up into two teams. As such, you'll be with the same people, but on different teams each game. Same Team. ONE TEAM.

Some players are better than others. But, without all of us, we can't play this great game. When either team makes a good play, we celebrate because we know that next week that ballplayer may be on our team. High fives, fist bumps, and cheers are common. Build up. ALL UP.
